Jaypee Infratech, a subsidiary of the infrastructure group Jaypee Associates will file the draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering this week. the company is looking at raising Rs 1500 crore from the issue by the diluting 10-12% equity.Morgan Stanley, DSP Merrile lynch, Bank Of America, ICICI Securities, Enam Securities, Kotak and SBI Caps have been appointed to manage the issue.
