Lilly beat projections

Eli Lilly and co posted better than expected quarterly profit. sales of its top selling prescription drugs beat projections, and the drug maker raised its full year earnings forecast. net income was $941.8 million, or 86 cents per share, compared with a net loss of $ 465.6 million, or 43 cents per share, a year earlier.
