GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd,
GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd, the 2000 crore Hyderabad based company has acquired 12% in Bangalore International Airport Ltd for Rs 485 Crore from Flughafen Zuerich AG through GVK Airport Development Pvt. Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd.
